Dear Valued Customer-

As a user of the Joint Commission's websites, we want to inform you of a change regarding supported encryption protocols. Starting May 6, 2018, The Joint Commission will begin disabling the TLS 1.0 encryption protocol. This action will prevent TLS 1.0 from being used to access The Joint Commission websites.

The Joint Commission takes network security seriously. This update provides the latest level of security for our users. TLS is used by many Joint Commission websites including the customer extranet site.

To continue to access The Joint Commission's websites, you will need to ensure your browser(s) have TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 enabled. Without this implementation you will not be able to access our website.
